Review: I had [redacted] of Northern Arizona Financial prepare my 2009 taxes. He made two very substantial mistakes and over the last three years has repeatedly assured me they were being taken care of. He never did. Now the [redacted] is garnishing my wages as a result. I took all my documents to another tax preparer and have verified that [redacted]'s work was faulty. On top of what I should have owed the [redacted], I now have substantial interest charges and penalties. [redacted] is a highly disreputable man who will tell you whatever you want to hear and then doesn't follow up on his promises.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the money I paid for his services PLUS all interest and penalties assessed by the IRS. The total is around $1300.

There were problems with this particular client. I lost my dad, and was

never able to catch up with this. I have received a request for a

refund, and am sending a cashier's check to make this client whole yet

again.
