Review: For the approximately two months we have repeatedly tried to contact [redacted] of NAHI, in [redacted]. to report that the Solar X Insulated Patio Cover System he installed was leaking heavily. We have received no response from any of the six phone calls, each time we have left messages. We understand NAHI is a member of the Revdex.com and ask for your organization's help in resolving our complaint. The last phone call to complain to [redacted] was approximately September 2, 2014.

We are not contractors like Mr. [redacted] and can only speculate as to why the roof is leaking. But it may be as simple as improper caulking. [redacted] advised us he would be back after we had heavy rain to go over caulking and do touch up painting. Our first complaint to him was approximately September 10, 2013 because of the previous day's heavy rain and noticeable leaking. [redacted] finally came back to add additional caulk and do touch up painting (which does not match) on November 12, 2013 because of leaking. He rescheduled three previous times.

This was an expensive project and we were careful, so we thought, in choosing NAHI and the system recommended for our double wide manufactured home (permanently affixed). The Solar X manufacturer's warranty does not cover installation and workmanship.

During the heaviest Monsoon rains here at our home over the past two months this roofing system has been leaking at many locations. We are concerned about the damage the leaking may eventually cause to the manufacturer's products.
