Beware of any products they push from Schneider. NAWS is ok but only a retailer with limited technical support and Schneider is almost useless in resolving design issues with their product. After 9-months of fighting to resolve a inverter issue were the fans run all the time and even having to install new firmware that was suppose to resolve and issue with all units with 2.0v firmware, the problem continues and finally they offer a replacement only to find it is on backorder for two months?? Do you think I'm the only one getting a replacement.
Buyer beware with Schneider and NAWS if they continue to push this product. Disappointed I trusted they push of this product....
