It was a repair job authorized by progressive insurance co.
We replaced rear bumper, rear deck lid and repaired right quarter panelWork was done on 8/1/2012.
We guarantee all parts and labor for yearAccording to our repair order and also progressive insurance
there is no mention of removal and replacement of a fuel pump or tank and we have no record of any work to that effect being performedIf she has a problem with the repair she needs to contact her Insurance Company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The work was done in January of 2013.  The estimate was done in August 2012.In addition, the fuel system was working perfectly before repairs.  We drove it from August 2012 to January 2013 with the rear-damage - NO FUEL ISSUES!  To repair the rear-end the fuel tank MUST be removed.  Fuel issues started happening after Northern Auto repairs.  I do not agree with owner's reply.
