Review: I purchased a service contract for my boiler from Northern Boiler and Burner Service on 6/**/14 who is also the company that installed the boiler 2 years ago. I am having an issue with my heat zone on the second floor I get air in the zone and I have to bleed the zone to get the air out. After one of their technicians came out and told me he did not know what the issue was I had a plumber come out. The plumber stated that there is no issue with the baseboard heat and that the problem seems to be the air elimination valve that was installed with the boiler. Northern Boiler sent out a plumber they use and he also said that the issue was the air elimination valve. Before the plumber came out Northern Boiler told me the valve was covered in my contract. Once the plumber they sent told them the cost to fix it they will not return phone calls. The plumber has called them twice and I have called them four times and have left messages. The Northern Boiler technician did speak to the plumber once prior to the 2 times he has tried to reach them. The technician said he did not feel the issue was what the plumber had said, even though the technician had stated he does not know what the issue is. I have paid over $300 for a service contract that Northern Boiler and Burner service will not honor.Desired Settlement: I would like Northern Boiler and Burner service to fix the issue so I do not get air in the zone and I get heat.
