There are several inaccuracies in Mr***’s complaint. He entered into a month lease agreement on a reconditioned *** multifunctional device, not a brand new machine. We acknowledged that there was an issue with the service/supply billing and once we recognized the error, Mr
*** was given the proper credit. Because he wasn’t completely satisfied with the machine that we provided, I personally offered Mr*** a “like-for-like” swap. He declined my offer and entered into a contract with another vendor knowing full well that our leases are not cancellable. We made every attempt to resolve the situation to his satisfaction. We feel that is was unreasonable for Mr*** to not accept a replacement machine in a good faith attempt to resolve the dispute.*** ***Vice President
