he never showed up for court. hes not an atterny.

I found Mr. Gjerde on the internet. he stated that he was a family law atterny, also stated that on his web page. I met with him paid $2,500.00 for his services. he never showed up for my court hearing. I found out from Google that he was disbarred from law practice. His web page no longer exsited on internet. I called his office number and the number was busy for the day. I sent him an email, and he stated that his office was just robbed. and that he would call me back. he never did. I kept sending him emails asking to refund me my money. he never did.I had to pay another atterny another 2,500.00 for services.
