Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I need to have an agreement from you in writing stating that you are going to completely fix my drivewayAfter I have received the agreement, you can place me on your scheduleThere is no need for a meeting as there is nothing further to discussI will need a day advance notice as to when you will be arriving so I can make appropriate arrangementsYou can send me a text message at [redacted] .I look forward to receiving the agreement in the mail.Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because the issue we were correcting is the same as it was prior to hiring this company to replace the previously cracked concrete, in the same spotsFollowing the work, this issue immediately replicated itself in the exact same locationsThe company is quick to identify that "all concrete cracks" and that it does not warrant them when they doUnfortunately this business should warrant poor workmanship and a bill of goodsThe work order specifically identifies these areas as needing to be replaced due to previous crackingIf the issue was not going to be corrected with a replacement of the concrete then we were sold on an un-necessary replacement plan and charged for work we did not need to have done Regards, [redacted] ***

Since we already came to an agreement, why would they reject it?

By fixing your driveway do you mean doing what we previously discussed?

When I (Larry) received payment, everybody was happyWe were never made aware of a problem, nobody ever contacted us, months had passed before we heard of a problem through Revdex.comIf we would have been contacted we would have addressed the issue immediatelySarah tried calling, to resolve the issue, while attempting resolve the issue Sarah was hung up onExtra work was performed on the job that was more than we originally included on the purposalExtra work is an extra cost to the customer, as stated in the contractThe work was delayed due to weather, which also stated in the contract, is a possibility

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:On October 12,you were sent a quote for repairsAs of November 22,2016, I had not heard from youYou were sent a quote not an agreementOn November 29, you sent an email stating you wanted to "go over things again"In the original meeting you stated that you would be measuring again and would contact me You have not followed through with any of your responses and have failed to follow through with providing me with a driveway However I did follow through with full paymentI would like my driveway completed

[redacted] *** [redacted] *** I recently had a case open against Northern Colorado Concrete in which they were to issue a $credit to resolve the claimI would like to re-open this case as we have not received the credit.Thank you, [redacted] [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is the same story that was provided in the beginningAgain, the concrete was replaced to address the cracking at these specific locations Everything was not done to address the cracking as you have already recommended that by establishing a different joint location the cracking would not take place as it hasAlthough you continue to make clear that your warranty does not cover cracking, the work was done to address cracking that was already present in these locationsIf you would not be able to correct the issue why would you sell someone new concrete knowing that the same problem would re-occur? That seems to be the issue hereAlong with the continued lack of response and poor customer service That is why this report continue to be valid and I do not accept your response as a resolution Regards, [redacted] ***

Northern Colorado Concrete agrees to replace anything that was don't incorrectly by our company when weather permits

We would be more than happy to resolve this issue by giving the customer a $refund

It looks the same as it did a year and a half agoWe do not warranty cracksAll Concrete cracksIt is not a safety hazard

We have not heard one word from [redacted] since completing the jobNo one told us there was a problemThe first time we heard of this problem was through Revdex.comWhen Larry went over to get the check he explained to her that there was extra work to be done requiring more labor and materials, which resulted in an extra charge stated In our contractThey came to an agreement on the priceThe customer was very happy and pleased with the resultsThere have been no complaints since the job was completed two to three months ago

Revdex.com:I have decided NOT to participate in Binding Arbitration to resolve my complaint with ID [redacted] I understand that because I have decided to not pursue arbitration that Revdex.com must close my complaintI have decided to pursue legally or via other avenuesRegards,

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I disagree Larry and I never agreed to anything Sarah left a signed bid for $ The only reason I paid Larry the extra $is because he was getting agitated and his body language and words were becoming very belligerent and threatening I hadn't even seen the work they had done before he was chasing me down for payment right after the job was finished at my daughters house When I tried to disagree with him about the extra cost (which I found out about after the work was already finished) he became very threatening and belligerent with his speech and body language so I felt the only thing I could do was pay it under duress His crew also left a mess in my yard, we had nails to pick up and trash, they also drug my hose out and didn't put it away either Very disrespectful attitude and work ethic for a businessHad I known I was going to be cheated and threatened I would have gone with his competitionNothing was done on time When he and Sarah did the bid he told us "I'll beat anyone's price" this was totally not true I received a phone call from Sarah and she asked how to resolve this I told her when I get my $dollars back and its in my bank account I would address the issue I was told Larry says you need to mark the complaint as resolved before we give you the money back I believe this statement is a sort of extortion where they are holding my money hostage so I will mark the issue resolved and then with the dealings I have had with them they probably wouldn't pay it back As I told Sarah on the phone when I receive the money back and its deposited in my bank account then I will address the resolution of this complaint not until I want no further contact with them except through the Revdex.com as I just don't trust Larry's attitude and body language which are threatening I will never recommend this company to anyoneThey like to try to seem like they did nothing wrong but really they were paid extra money under duress and fear All I want is my $dollars back that they really didn't earn according to the bid It's not my fault he has a problem doing the bids correctly and then demands extra pay for what he must have done wrong I believe as a business when you say its one price the price shouldn't changePlease keep the communication line through the Revdex.com as I don't want anything undocumented as they like to do with phone calls Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me at this timeWe will re-evaluate the patio this spring after it has been power washed and re-sealed Regards, [redacted]
