Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:N [redacted] claims to have lost thousands of dollars on my job He made so many errors that were yes costly He was never going to get me that custom vanity because the guy he was getting it from refused to work for him We have had a custom vanity built by our own guy at a cost of $ After N [redacted] quit we asked for proof of where all our $112,went and he sent us an Actual Cost To Date document Stated on that was cost of cabinets to date was $10, We checked with [redacted] in Greeley and we were told that the one cabinet that N [redacted] ordered that did work for us retailed at $1, That cost reflects a big markup So $10,minus $1,is $9, Things that were done incorrectly were his mistakes and not me changing my mindIt would be helpful if N [redacted] could read a blueprint, which we provided for him I’m not sure how long N [redacted] expects me to wait for cabinets We have been moving forward and want to finish the project N [redacted] blames everything on someone else and believes his own lies The one thing he did take blame for, and we have several emails form he stating that fact, was ordering the wrong cabinets We feel that asking for this refund would be letting N [redacted] off easy Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting [redacted] ***s response,I am not sure where [redacted] gets her facts, she states that the guy making the cabinet quit We still use him on a regular basis I will remind [redacted] that she signed into a contract with us, she "ok'ed" a architectural rendering of her blue prints She had asked us to take her blue prints and design her basement remodel which we had done and she "oked" We did make some minor changes from her blue prints into the architectural rendering which she "oked" Through the project [redacted] continually made changes that were out of the scope of the original rendering and contract [redacted] states that she had a custom cabinet built for less but unless we are comparing apples to apples I have no way to verify what she is claiming Mrs [redacted] claims about a huge mark-up, This is the price she was quoted and "oked" As a retailer we all have different prices that we pay from a vendor I am not sure what pricing [redacted] in Greeley are but maybe Mrs [redacted] should have done her research before signing into contract I will be happy to sit down with Mrs [redacted] and a mediator to resolve her complaintsAgain I will remind mrs [redacted] the changes that she made after signing into contract and the approximate charges that that I never asked for Change from carpet in bedrooms to lvt approx cost difference 700.00, custom cabinet made from beetle kill wood to non custom cabinet approx cost 2,500.00, claw tub to standard tub approx cost 700.00, standard doors to pocket doors appox cost 3, These cost reflect approx 7,in change orders that were never charged for Again id be more than happy to sit down with a mediator and mrs ***

I am sorry that Mrs *** is dis-satisfied. Her cabinets were ordered wrong and I am doing what I can to make this correct for her but unfortunately it is not in the time frame that she is wanting. As you can see by the attached quote and highlighted in yellow, she was only charged
6,for her cabinets in fact we agreed to build her a custom cabinet at and we were doing that for her a no charge. Half way through the project she changed her mind on that custom cabinet which ended up costing me over 2,000.00. Mrs *** has also changed her mind after an agreed upon quote on numerous other items costing me thousands of dollars. She is wanting a refund of 9,but not sure how she came to that number

We did take a deposit for a kitchen remodel. Our cabinet supplier had terminated our contract with them. I have tried to align the customer with our new cabinet manufacturer, but they are un-willing to align with our new cabinet manufacturer

I am rejecting this response because:N[redacted] claims to have lost thousands of dollars on my job.  He made so many errors that were yes costly.  He was never going to get me that custom vanity because the guy he was getting it from refused to work for him.  We have had a custom vanity built by our own guy at a cost of $650.  After N[redacted] quit we asked for proof of where all our $112,942.50 went and he sent us an Actual Cost To Date document.  Stated on that was cost of cabinets to date was $10,500.  We checked with [redacted] in Greeley and we were told that the one cabinet that N[redacted] ordered that did work for us retailed at $1,500.  That cost reflects a big markup.  So $10,500 minus $1,500 is $9,000.  Things that were done incorrectly were his mistakes and not me changing my mind.
