Tell us why hereNCPD was contacted to resolve a problem for a client in LovelandAfter inspection found the problem to be with the easement, which was located in the neighboring home’s yard. Once we explained this to the client she became concerned that the tenant next door would not be
happy about this. We contacted the homeowners for the house next door and received permission to work in the yardFrom the start it was difficult to get in touch with the tenant to schedule the work to be doneOnce we were finally able to get into the yard, his dog, which mainly stayed in the yard, was not friendly and bit one of our technicians as he tried to gain access to the back yard. The technician did have a bite on his leg, but was not otherwise hurt. However, after the dog tried to bite another one of the techs, the techs refused to go into the yard without having the dog tied up, or put awayThat now became another scheduling issue with the tenant.We had to purchase and planted new bushes, per the tenant’s request, because the trimming that we did on the bushes was an issue, and he complained that we had left a bald spot in his yard. Once that was done he then had an issue with the amount of sod that we put around the bushesWe finished up our work in his yard and then started the process of putting the yard back together. For this, we needed time for the ground to settleWe worked around the tenants scheduled to get this done, which was a challenge, but as we were ready to finalize the last step of the leveling process, the tenant became angry of how long the process was taking We then offered to have a reputable landscaping company come in to finalize the work and re install the sprinkler system. The tenant agreed to do this and was happy to work with the landscaping company. We did not hear anything from the tenant again, until he contacted us several months later to do a main line cleaning. It was during this service call that he mentioned that he was not happy with the state of his yard, and according to him, he had to pay another landscaping company to finish up the work on his yard. He also informed us that he paid $out of his own pocket to the new landscaping company. Instead of having us reimburse him for this, he wanted us to perform the drain cleaning at no cost. We agreed to do this service for him, and dispatched an affiliate company to do the work. We also requested that he send us an invoice for the landscape he had done, so we could reimburse him. We never received this, or any proof of payment for services he said he had paid for. The drain cleaning company went out to perform the drain cleaning, but were unable to do it because the tenant did not want the technicians to do it from the roof, which is the best way to ensure a thorough cleaning. The technicians left the property without performing the services and refused to come back because the tenant was verbally abusive to them.Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond to this complaint We would like to finish by mentioning that we are absolutely not happy with the way this situation developed and that we were not able to satisfy this individual. We take the satisfaction of all our customers very seriously and feel that it is our responsibility to address any issues that any customer, whether direct or indirect, associated with NCPD, has

At this time, instead of replying to this rejection with our own recollection of the situation, we would like to pay for any cost that this individual paid to get his yard worked on We would gladly take care of this expense and any other that was incurred Please provide any bills or proof of payment and we will refund the whole amount

I am rejecting this response because: NCPD is falsifying their claim.  I called them daily and from different people's phones because they're avoiding my phone call. I was laid up with two different knee surgeries from August till now. I was home every day so for him to say that I was difficult to get a hold of is a Lie.  The third-party that was sent out to clean my drains told me they were not set up to clean drains out to get on the roof or from the interior of my house. Bottom line my backyard is still not fixed my drains that they said that they would agree to fix in Liau of is still not fixed and I'm owed money or the damages need fixed. I have tried to get a hold of Rod probably over 50 times and still he will not call back. I've talk to Angie on the phone and Marcy but Rod will not call me back. I have multiple witnesses in other people such as my mother and brother that were sitting there waiting for them to show up to repair the yard and they never showed I was available every day. I have had my mother and Fiancé call on there phones to trick them to have them call me back so I can get this resolved.
