Miserable ppl giving bad reviews is horrible. My roof looks fantastic and the customer service was awesome. They came on a referral and I am very pleased.

Review: I hired Northern Counties Roofing Systems for the following: Roofing - Remove existing (1) layer composition shingles to plywood deck surface. Remove and replace plywood decking. Extend out crickets for proper water flow to drains. Replace existing pipe jacks and roof to wall flashing. Install synthetic moisture control underlayment and starter strips. Included in price and, stated on the invoice/contract were all materials, labor, permit and removal of all garbage. Work was performed between 11/9/15-11/24/15. On 11/25/15 I paid the balance due. Unbeknown to me, Northern Counties Roofing Systems did not pay [redacted] the balance owed for materials. I received a Claim of Mechanics Lien from [redacted] on February 5, 2016 for the amount owed to them. The lien against me was recorded with the County on February 9, 2016. I have tried to contact the contractor via phone regarding this matter. No one has returned my calls.Desired Settlement: Resolution sought: Northern Counties Roofing Systems to pay [redacted] the amount due of $2,396.55 for materials, plus penalties and interest.
