This letter is reply to complaint number # [redacted] , submitted on 6/01/Our records indicate Mrs [redacted] took out a payday loan in November of 2013, which she did not timely repay After the original creditor was unable to resolve the outstanding balance, they sold the right to collect the delinquent account, which eventually ended up at Northern District Resolution Services.Our duty is to investigate, validate and resolve all delinquent accounts by way of a 15Point Check System, which includes, but not limited to, any and all information that accompany the file; POE, home address, banking information, references, email address, IP address, etc.Upon the conclusion of our investigation we have determined the delinquent account concerning Mrs [redacted] is valid as we have attempted to contact her to resolve this issue, but to no avail We have issued a Dunning Notice to Mrs [redacted] : [redacted] , [redacted] *** As a form of professional courtesy we will wait to hear from Mrs [redacted] in an effort to resolve this matter amicablyMrs [redacted] may contact me with any questions or concerns she may haveSincerely,Ms [redacted] Northern District Resolution Services

Northern District Resolution Services ("NDRS") is in receipt of Mr***'s complaint and appreciated the address Mr***'s concerns. NDRS is a collection agency and the current creditor and owner of an unpaid account in Mr***'s nameWe are attaching the verification of debt letter
with our response as Mr*** requestsThis was not sent prior as Mr*** refused to provide a valid email address, fax number, or validate his home address and we wanted to ensure it was not sent to the wrong consumerNDRS has reviewed the complaint with the representative that spoke with Mr*** and they vehemently deny the allegations that NDRS threatened "check fraud" or that he would "face charges." After our representative verified all of Mr***'s necessary information, we discussed the above debt with him on August 17, He was placed on a brief hold to confirm a payment plan as hisrequest and hung up while on holdOur representative spoke with Mr*** again no August 18, and Mr*** again stated that he would fulfill his obligation to pay the debt but wanted more paperworkAt this time, Mr*** refused to provide a means by which we could provide him with the attachedNo further contact to Mr*** took place until he called back into NDRS stating that he read we were a "scam." We can assure Mr*** that we are a legitimate company registered with the Secretary of State and do not know where he read otherwiseIt is unfortunate that Mr*** was unable to resolve this completely with our office and has relied on misinformation from the internet from which to base his complaintAs per Mr***'s requested relief, we are attaching the verification of debt he has requested and will not contact him regarding this account unless he calls into NDRS.Please contact the undersigned if we can be of any additional help in this matterSincerely, Authorized Representative of Northern District Resolution Services
