Review: On 11/13/13 Needed to change account holders on a property that I manage. and asked to have 200 gallons delivered to the property. There was 20% in the tank. Delivery set for Monday. Spoke with [redacted]On 11/22/13 Checked the tank it had not been filled. Called spoke with [redacted], again asked when to expect delivery, she told me Monday. Asked for a date and was told 11/25/13.On 11/23/13 Office was closed spoke with answering service, told them that I wanted to cancel a delivery for 11/25/13.11/25/13 - Called to confirm that the delivery was cancelled. [redacted] had not received the message from answering service.12/12/13 - Called to let them know that they could pick up their tank, that we had switched over to another company. She asked the % in the tank, I told her zero. I was asked how I got the gas out. Ran out on 12/1 I was told that at least 2 weeks out before they could pick it up. Spoke with [redacted]1-13-14 Called the office AGAIN Spoke with a gentleman on the phone did not get his name. He took my information Name with the spelling as well as my number, and was aware that I needed to have the tank removed.1/14/14 Received a call from [redacted], but she wasn't calling for me, she was asking for [redacted]. I told her my name, and asked if she needed to speak with me, and she said no I need to speak with [redacted]. 1/21/14 Tank is still at managed property. Called to speak with a manager [redacted] claimed that she was the manager. I told her that I would like to speak with someone higher up then her. She claimed that it would be [redacted], and that he was out of the office. Would not give me a time he was scheduled to be back in the office. I asked for a number that he could be reached at and was told that she was unable to give out that information.This empty tank has been sitting at the managed property for over a month now. Not only do I feel this is unsafe I find this whole ordeal to be very disappointing & unprofessional. Would like the tank picked up ASAP. I also want to make sure that I am not charged for another years rental on the tank when they were told more than 2 weeks before the end of the year that they needed to come and remove their tank.
