The contractor was hired to remodel the house, including a new roof on the back of the house, years later it is still leakingWe have contacted them several time to fix the issueIf they turn up, they have a quick look on the roof and then simply use flex seal to try and fix the issueHis work is guaranteed for years
Do not use this company! On June1,I contracted with this company to paint the siding and the trim around my house for $Job was supposed to start within weeks or "maybe sooner" per the contractOn 6/Robert the spokesperson and owner I believe said he would take $off for waiting an additional weeks, I agreed, and he amended the contract to that effectOn 7/he called and said they'd start next weekOn 7/his brother Dennis stopped by and gave start date of 7/On Sunday 7/Dennis left a note on my car saying they have another job that will take more days, and my job would start on 7/On 7/Dennis complained about the heat forecast for Thursday and can they come MondayI asked for a refund of my $deposit due their history of inordinate delaysHe advised me to call Robert who apologized for the numerous delays and promised to "throw something else in for free"I acquiesced and we agreed that he would finish my deck for $(not free!) if I bought the paintDennis painted my shutters and trim but neglected to completely finish the initial job; did not paint ant replace house numbers and the trim around the outside lightsI made the mistake of paying him the balance of the $prior to them completely finishing the jobI spoke to Robert on 8/18, 9/11, 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, and each time I CALLED HIM it was one excuse or anotherI called him on 10/5, and he asked me to call him on Sunday night 10/for a start dateI agreed but by this time I was incensed and called him back that same day and advised him to call ME when he's ready to do the jobHe said he would definitely call me on Monday 10/at 9:amOf course he failed to call (he said it was raining and he didn't want to bug me) so I called him at 1:pm and told him I had no trust in him and that he just needed to finish the job we originally contracted for and that I would get someone else to refinish my deckHe responded that Dennis would be here to finish the originally contracted job after 2:pm on 10/At this point it's obvious that these guys are untrustworthy and full of excuses, and I'm very skeptical about the quality and timeliness of their workIf you want quality work performed in a timely fashion, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
