Northern Fence Inc

I have had nothing but horrible customer service and even worse communication from Northern fence. I had Northern fence come out to figure out an estimate. It was a week later and I never heard back from them. I had to call and email until I finally got a response. I was told my install date once we had everything settled. When I reached out to them 2 days before the install date to see what time they would be arriving, I was informed that it was just a tentative date. They never explained this to me and if they were behind, they should have contacted me. Once they finally installed my fence, they didn’t have the gates. So I had a fence up with 6’ gaps. They explained they were back ordered and that they would have them the next day. Came home the next day…still no gates. Two days later I finally had a complete fence. I went to look at the finished fence and on both of the gates there is a huge spot on the top that is rubbed off and one of the gates is too close to the post and it rubs making it difficult to close. My sister and her husband are also getting a fence and had this company come out for a quote and never heard back. The installers were not professional either. I had the windows open and could hear their conversations from time to time and one sat on my patio furniture while smoking a cigarette. They left garbage in my yard and didn’t clean up their mess. When we called to talk about getting the gates fixed, Matt was very short. I would not recommend anyone to use this company.
