Review: This company contacted me after I did a search online for a personal loan for people with bad credit. They sent me a contract stating that they would loan me $5000 at an interest rate of 10% per amnnum with a payment of $161.34 per month. All I needed to do was provide them with my banking information and send them 3 of the monthly payments upfront and they would deposit the money in my account. I emailed back with a couple questions like why don't you just hold back 3 months worth of payments and why did I need to start paying the loan back on September 1st since I was to be given 4 months before I needed to pay any back and the contract did not need to be signed and returned until June 30th. I never received an answer back from my email to them, and they have not contacted me again. I did some research and the address is bogus, and there seems to be no information about the company only a small website with no testimonies and there is no information what so ever on the supposed owner of the company. I hate that these companies are out there taking advantage of people who cannot survive as it is. You should never have to make payments in advance of receiving a loan!!Desired Settlement: I think the people running this scam should have to come up with the loan money and give it to me. It is the only way they will learn to stop preying in poor unsuspecting people!!
