In regards to the management of your home, Northern Homes has managed your property since July In that time you've only had two and 1/months of vacancy time, and three very good tenantsI would ask that you elaborate further on your issues with the management of your home, as this is very surprising Fraud is defined as deliberate deception to secure unfair or unlawful gain Northern Homes has nothing to gain by your home not sellingOver the last three months the company has been in transition to new ownership, so our advertising and web pages have been up and down with that transitionI absolutely apologize if you feel this has impacted you negatively, as we have mentioned , we are more than happy to help in any way we can with your transition to a new firmBecause you are unhappy with services provided since taking on the listing in August, I would be inclined to refund your management fees for those months.I have attached a copy of your original management agreement for your reference

As we have stated,we did not have the opportunity to lower the asking price as we were told you were no longer working with us before the new advertising was completed.
  The company has been in transition for the last two months, as we have explained. Our advertising and websites have been up and down, and we do apologize if you feel this has affected you negatively. We have offered to reimburse your management fees for August- October, and assist in your transition to new management.  We would request you provide us with the new companies information before the 1st so that we can get everything closed out and moved over.

Over the last three months the company has been in  transition to new ownership, so our advertising and web pages have been up and down with that transition.
