I have dealt with sales managers, service repair managers as well as with Nissan's consumer affairs and still no help
Purchased vehicle in 2016, had a safety recall that took over months plus to get taken care of! It has multiple issues, the service repair department at Gardena fails to take care of unless I'm spending on expensive unnecessary repairs
Nissans consumer affairs points me to other Nissan Service departments, Nissan of Spith Bay states I didn't purchase vehicle there so I can't go there

Problem date 02/29/XXXXX Nissan Altima SR, I purchased a vehicle at a 5.99aprDealer told that that was the lowest they can give me and that capital one was at 6.74apr not 2.49apr because the pre approval is not an actual apr which I understand but I had call capital one prior and they said it should be very close to thatBut according to the dealer their bank was the lowestI call capital one a few days after to ask why the discrepancy on the apr and they said it was at 3.26apr not I was lie by the dealer in order for them to get more money from me making me believe that my credit and apr was not goodSo in the end I finance through Nissan's bank at 5.99apr$a month for months

Gardena Nissan promised me a $referral I did refer a customer who purchased a car, they did not honor their promise
I am sadden that our business relationship has come to me having to make a demand in writing for the $dollars that you promised me via my contract with you for any referrals that I sent to your company
It has been since 7/and I feel that I have been more than patient The way it appears now is that you have gotten the commission for the sale of the Nissan Versa that my sister (***) bought and now you don't feel the need to honor your written agreement concerning the referral fee I have no problem taking legal action against you to force you to uphold your end of the contract As it stands now you only owe me $but if I go to small claims court I will see that amount, loss of wages, filing fees, and most importantly damages for breach of contract
