The lag in their reporting does not explain why a SEPARATE, NEW collection has been recently placed on the same account for the amount of $1.  This hit hurts me. I want a statesman or letter from the business stating that the collection will be DELETED from my credit report as reported to all the bureaus.

We have received payment from Mr. [redacted]. We notify the collection agent monthly of collections of accounts and sometimes there may be a time lag in them reporting to credit agencies. We have sent them an e-mail this morning asking them to notify the agencies immediately if they have not...
