On 11/29/2016 patient [redacted] was seen in our office by Dr [redacted] who filled 3 very large cavities for said patient. It is our office policy to collect at time of service. Patient paid her portion of 192.00. After about 20 minutes of leaving the practice she called back and was screaming and...
