For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI will accept this reduction and will close the complaint as satisfied once I get a signed agreement from the office. *** *** also was to have his balance reduced as the traction chair was not to be billedThis was verified in an email from Amanda to *** ***We still have not gotten an updated ledger for his account reflecting this and it was brought up in this complaint by Northern LightsThe reduction according to our records would be as follows: traction chair charges billed at $eachTotal reduction to his bill would be $Please reply with attached SIGNED agreement (ATTACHED) for both our Accounts as I have requested several times to have a signature for my records and on my lawyer’s adviceOnce we receive signed reduction agreement from Northern Lights I will close the complaint as satisfied and attach a signed letter stating so. I have contacted Kim at *** *** to ask her to verify these reductions as well*** ***

attached are the 2 agreements for [redacted] and [redacted] minus 560 for [redacted] final balance 396.33 with the 8%processing fee from [redacted].  [redacted] agreed upon amount 2261.44. IF we take away her payments in office and on [redacted] she still owes 535.36 plus 8%processing fee on [redacted] to meet the agreed upon amount of 2261.44. These are current and up to date in [redacted] and will stay that way as long as we get a letter within five business days stating they both release Northern Lights Chiropractic from all and any complaints in the future, that this case is closed and they have no further complaints.

[redacted] Was a patient in our office from October 27th, 2014 till July 22nd, 2015. During her visits in the office she was very happy and loved our services. The Doctor gave a recommendation of care and she had financial concerns and the doctor gave her a discount of $35 per Adjustment and...

$40.00 per visit traction received. All visits were set up on a payment plan through our sister company [redacted] so payments auto posted in her account. [redacted] had [redacted] which we are not a participating provider of. When [redacted] was moving she came in and sat with me to go over her account. She was aware she had a balance and the balance is correct and final notice was sent to her. Many communications were made back and forth. See attached papers with dates and times. Also in regards to all charges; patients sign in at their own kiosk so they are actual visits. If you have anyquestions please feel free to contact us at [redacted]. Amanda [redacted]

see all attached papers please May 10th, 2016  We believe what we represented to [redacted] is factual and true. Our paper trail with her signature(s) indicating her understanding and agreement appears to confirm prices. It is not our policy to send out certified bills but as you can see we sent bills out  but they came back as wrong address. At the same time assuming [redacted]  is moral and ethical in her actions, we take her concerns seriously. For this alone we are willing to reduce [redacted]’s account as well as her boyfriend’s outstanding bill, upon receiving a letter from each acknowledging good will and appreciation for the services we have provided for them.
