At your property we did this promptly and did pay for the dryer ( a price you provided and a check you cashed), and again, fixed an issue that was due to the landscape clock being down, which our owner spoke to you about but replaced it anyway to make you happy).KCKristen C***Office Operations** ***

contacted by the Revdex.com in regards to the siding installation we recently completed at your property.  It is noted in the complaint that you have provided photos of issues and are not hearing back from Northern Lights Exteriors.  I am not aware of any images that have been sent and the office has not been contacted….however I would like to personally reach out so that you may provide me DIRECTLY with the issues with the siding.  Until the complaint letter was received and the multiple bad reviews starting going up - my project manager has stated that he hasn’t heard from you.  Attached you will find the Trade Completion Checklist that you signed off on as a homeowner - which signifies your satisfaction with the work NLE has done.  Northern Lights has a 5-year workmanship warranty so if you are stating that there are now “cracks” and your home is compromised - we would come back out, review the damage, and go from there.Again, we haven’t heard anything. Please send over the photos of the issues and I will be in contact - unless you prefer to continue to go through the Revdex.com disputes and other review sites.KCKristen C[redacted] - Office Operationso:  [redacted]f:  [redacted]e: [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Work stopped at my home in mid-June, so it’s been over 3 months since any actual work has been completed at my home.  I’m interested to know the plan to fix all of the issues I’ve brought up by October 3rd… in line with NLE’s response stating they believe everything will be done within 2 weeks.   By all of the issues, I’m referring to the following:  Rebuild the front porch with new materials, to building code, and inline with the manufacturer’s installation guideline.   Reinstall my downspouts, so I don’t have water washing out everything in front of my home every time it rains. Fix the scratches/scuffs on the left front/side corner of the balcony fascia. Fix the hole in the concrete pathway. Build the retaining wall they (i.e. their subcontractor) agreed to build when I agreed to the design for the concrete walkway. Fix all of the stamping issues with the concrete patio.  As far as I know, this will involve removing the existing patio and re-pouring the concrete.   Clean the concrete off of my patio door glass. Remove the concrete rubble from around the concrete patio.I’d also like to know if NLE has any intent to complete the siding project they’re current contracted to complete.  If they intend to walk away, I’d like my deposit back so I can engage with other contractors to do the work.  Regards,
