Review: On June the 22nd,2015 I was unaware that I had to come in for a pill count.On this day I was seen by another physician in another state for I had an appointment.Later,on June 26th 2015 I received a letter in the mail that I was discharged from their care for reason that I did not come in for a pill count and so they hastily discharged me the following day,June 23rd 2015.I have tried to contact these people,seeking reconciliation to no avail.They say that they will call me back but then they never do.Its like,they can't wait to get off the phone from talking to you and even so they won't direct you to the right people to talk to in order to get anything done or to let your side be heard and taken into consideration.In my opinion,the one who supervises over cases that involves someone not showing up for their appointments I will say that they are a real hard *Word Redacted* when it comes to enforcing rules and policies of the facility but,unfortunately,they are unreasonable,inconsiderate and ignorant when it comes to dealing with people.Desired Settlement: I believe that they need to reevaluate their policies and make a few adjustments or else hire somebody else who will be more considerate,more reasonable and understanding instead of being such a hard *Word Redacted* and make hasty decisions without giving someone a chance to explain anything.
