I have quarterly sprays from this Pest Company and one day was home sick, saw the truck pull up in my driveway....watched from my Living Room Window as the Tech sat in his truck. My dog watched as well, and as soon as someone gets out of their car he would bark. The tech the entire time sat in his truck, then after 15 minutes he got out and put a bill on my door. He never got out of his truck to spray, simply put a bill on my door for the spray and left. I beleive this has been going on for a while, for my garage is filled with flies and bugs. To confirm I did not make a mistake with this single spray and plus because I believe in giving everyone a second chance.....I received a phone call from this same company one morning and they said they would be by this afternoon to spray. I asked my roommate if they would be home all day. They were, so I asked them to stay out in the back yard with their dog and to see if they come around back (a requirement for the spray) and see if they actually spray this time. Again she was out back all afternoon with her dog, no bark what so ever and no technician came around to do the required spray, YET I had another $75.00 dollar bill on my door.Product_Or_Service: Pest SprayAccount_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI beleive they are doing this to other people as well. I feel companies like this should not be in business. They are essentially stealing from the public and putting on a front with a website that is looking like they do a big business. I request a investigation be done and they be shut down. I cannot believe someone with no morale or ethical standards has a real estate license in this state. Thank you,[redacted]Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)On the Day mentioned I had a friend stay at my home with a Black 1/2 mix Rotwieler Dog and who barks everytime a person comes near the property. The Dog never saw a man in the yard spraying, yet I still recevied a 75.00 bill. This company is without a doubt with two people now as witness lying and over charging or falsely charging customers. The person responding to this email was so extrememly rude on the phone not once but twice, she is not involved with the process at all with their technicians who spray. She simply tries to take very quick phone calls and you feel as if she doesn't have time and can't be bothered with phone calls. For her to respond is truly a error on the business part since she is in the office and obviously doesn't understand what goes out in the field. By her unprofessional response she clearly doesn't want to handle something like this professionally. You would think that a company would want to know what is going on. Her claims of stating I am retaliating is so absolutely wrong and if she continues to make comments and involve my work with a personal matter I will have no choice but to bring a law suit against them. Final Business Response Please have [redacted] submit a copy of the bill she supposedly received from 5/28/15 for proof of billing. Our last service on record was 04/22/15. I [redacted] am involved with the business as my husband and I own the company and run the business. The reason [redacted]'s employer was contacted was due to the fact that she was originally calling for a "pest inspection" yet she kept bringing up her house and arguing and yelling at me that I did not know what I was doing. Also, a dog is not a credible witness. Furthermore, the technician that was assigned to her account was in [redacted] that entire week of 05/25/15 to 05/29/15. [redacted] needs to check her facts before she files false claims. This complaint needs to be dropped or we will forward it to our attorney on retainer.
