Northern Ohio Water District Inc.

Northern Ohio Water has been our water company for almost a year. We sent in the deposit and address like they requested. But we have yet to get a water bill. Our landlord called us a couple days ago and asked why the bill was sent to him. And it’s over $600! We have tried repeatedly to call Northern Ohio Water at different times of the day for months and got no answer. I have leave messages for them to call me back and got nothing. This company is a joke! They need to learn how to answer the phone!

Tried calling N Ohio Water in [redacted] several times & couldn't get an answer. You get an answering machine. I left a message. No return calls!I recently moved out of my house on Saturday Aug. 31st and I called several times on Friday Aug. 30th to let Northern Ohio Water in [redacted] that I was moving and that they needed to cut my water off. I got an answering machine and left a message for someone to call me back, still no return call. I called several times on Thursday, Sept. 5th.. No answer.Desired SettlementThey need to learn how to answer the phone when a customer calls for whatever reason.
