I am just putting this out there, I rented an home managed by Northern Pass, for about months, when I gave them my days notice to move out, they send me a list of things they expected me to do before moving out, as usualI will say I am a very honest and clean person, I kept that house so clean, when I was moving out a make sure the house was perfectly clean even pay someone to get rid of all the weeds around the house and the Back yardI paid $to a professional carpet cleaner to clean the whole house and drop the receipt to their officeAll this only to find out when I finally get my security deposits back, they still take money out for carpet cleaning also for some mini blinds which I know there were no damage toMy point is I don't blame people that leave messes in the rental properties, because what ever you do they will still find some thingI feel so frustrated the check the send me is still seating on my desk, I work so hard for my money and I feel it have been taken from me unjustlyI believe in the divine justice and I known he will render justice for me, if not now but generations laterGod don't like ugly

Dale and Lisa are incredibly unprofessionalI would not recommended anyone use them for any realtor services including renting out a home, renting a home, or selling or buyingThey were incredibly shady about their charges and services performedWe have had nothing but negative experience with themWhen we first went to move into a rental from them, the house was completely trashedNeither Lisa or Dale actually visited the property to make sure the services they swear were ordered were performedNaturally we were hesitant upon our move out of a different house with them since they claimed they spent deposits to do general maintenance, but the pictures they posted recently after our move out show they didn't actually have those services done, but took the money from our deposit anywaysThey were fraudulent with our deposit and I'm sure that is the case with many of their clientsDO NOT USE THEM

I am military and stationed in a different city from where my home in El PasoNorthern Pass Properties now manages my property, and I am absolutely ecstatic with the job that Dale and his company has done for our familyI had a bad experience with another property manager about five to six years agoI was angry at the time, but now believe the big issue Century had was they were stretched thin and had taken on more properties than they could actually manageIt simply just didn't work outThey simply could not provide the extra attention needed for a military family not able to visit their rental on a regular basis Dale and his company Northern Pass Properties have been able to provide this for our family in spadesI have trusted him with extensive and expensive home repairs and was amazed by the quality of work his company providedI listened to his suggestions and our home rented within one day of his listingI highly encourage anyone needing a property manager to go with his companyIf you are placed in the awkward position whereby you have to rent your home out and can't get back to check on it on a regular basis, Dale is the only property manager I would trust

If I could give *** *** and his wife *** less than star I would happily do soMy daughter is in a rental property managed by these two shysters after moving to El Paso Texas in August due to military assignment with the Army and selected a property being offered for rent by *** and *** at Northern Pass PropertiesShe paid her deposit and first month's rent of $and moved in to the apartment where she found no working air conditioning due to a broken thermostat, no hot water, a broken refrigerator and an infestation of cockroachesOh and the apartment had not been cleaned after the last tenant moved outMy daughter discussed these issues with ***The thermostat was fixed over hours later, it took over a week to replace the refrigerator, and *** told my daughter the cockroach problem was her responsibility not theirs due to the lease agreement she had signedRecently the glass on the sliding door on my daughter's apartment was smashed due to a bird flying in to it*** became an instant keyboard Ornithologist and told my daughter "birds don't fly that low" and they will not be repairing the door and told my daughter to board it up until she can pay for it herselfThis is a safety and security violation in itself and apparently *** and *** *** know nothing about the true meaning of "Implied Warranty of Habitality" which clearly states:
It means that the property owner must:
* keep basic structural elements of the building, including floors, stairs, walls, and roofs, safe and intact
* maintain all common areas, such as hallways and stairways, in a safe and clean condition
* keep electrical, plumbing, sanitary, heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning systems and elevators operating safely
* supply cold and hot water and heat in reasonable amounts at reasonable times
* provide trash receptacles and arrange for trash pi
* manage known environmental hazards such as lead paint dust and asbestos so that they don't pose a significant danger
* in most states, provide rental property that is reasonably safe from the threat of foreseeable criminal intrusions, and
* exterminate infestations of rodents and other verminIn virtually every state, these rights are yours, no matter what the landlord has asked you to sign or agree toIn other words, the landlord cannot shrug off these responsibilities in a "disclaimer" when the tenancy beginsAnd your landlord can't effectively ask you to waive your right to them(Any so-called waiver will not be upheld by a court.) Like they say "you can't complain about the service because there is none"Your hard earned money is better spent elsewhereDon't waste your time or money with these ***
They also offer entry into a "raffle" to any of their renters who post a great review online

there was animal poop all over my yard trees were chewed up holes in yard broken appliances broken drawers dead grass chewed irrigation system
My trees were chewed up my grass was killed my irrigation was chewed up my house was neglected my was was not taken care of or managed properly

Upon moving into my new home, the carpets smelled of urine, there were multiple issues wrong with the home, broken window seals that trapped the windows closed, a chewed stairwell from prior residents with a puppy, another problem including a leaking evaporation cooling unit that damaged the home, a finicky refrigerator that would work only when convenient when maintenance came by and attempted a repair, which in turn said nothing was wrong with it to my wife when I wasn't home and in the end charged me a fee for showing up and performing no laborI had paid out of pocket to paint the dining-room and kitchen area after moving in because the walls were browning, and now after moving out they were quoting me $to repaint the entire house!? These people are obviously going out of business or having a hard time because they have moved locations to a trashier buildingI do NOT recommend this business! The fact that they have the audacity to pull such a stunt with an already unmanaged home that was poorly taken care of to begin with to try and make me pay for repairsThe people they "hire" to perform repairs and just as badI am currently preparing a court-case as of this writingI have evidence to back it up and plenty of pictures with time and dates of damages already done to the home prior to moving in

I will say I am a very honest and clean person, I kept that house so clean, when I was moving out a make sure the house was perfectly clean even pay someone to get rid of all the weeds around the house and the Back yard. I paid $149 to a professional carpet cleaner to clean the whole house and drop the receipt to their office. All this only to find out when I finally get my security deposits back, they still take money out for carpet cleaning also for some mini blinds which I know there were no damage to. My point is I don't blame people that leave messes in the rental properties, because what ever you do they will still find some thing. I feel so frustrated the check the send me is still seating on my desk, I work so hard for my money and I feel it have been taken from me unjustly. I believe in the divine justice and I known he will render justice for me, if not now but 7 generations later. God don't like ugly.
