never bought anything from costumepub before but I have to say that I had no problem with my order. it arrived sooner than expected. their emails were fast and informative. the mask I ordered was fantastic looking, just like the photo, which is rare. highly recommended. will buy from them again.

I am beyond thrilled with this establishment. I ordered a bunch of party supplies for my daughters 3rd birthday and I received all of my packages. Unfortunately they accidentally sent the wrong piñata but the customer service number was on the receipt inside or the package. When I called I was speaking with someone immediately. He asked me to send a picture to their email and was promptly replied to. It was within a day that I heard back, within 3 days they chipped the package and within 5 days I received it. Not only did I not have to pay for anything but I also got to keep the mistake piñata.
I've encountered such terrible customer service in my life but this establishment knows how to do it right.
I highly reccomend.

After I made a 1 star review in Nov I was contacted and they did remedy the situation. They took the return as long as it was an unopened package, which it was, and they are refunding my money. A whole lot of hassle for 1 outfit that we chose not to use but they did fix the problem.

100% recommended, the staff is the most friendly, the communication with them excellent, I received my order in the established time, and the quality of the products you request is the best.

When you purchase a costume during the non-fundable periods that they apparently have they should give you a warning becore your purchase. I was a mother hunting a last minute outfit for a middle schooler, purchased an outfot thinking if he didnt wear it then I could return it the next week. Why wouldn't they take something back that had never even been opened??? There was no notice, special warnings or labels when purchasing an outfit during this time frame. Now I am out $65 for an outfit my son never even got out of the package! Never again will I puchase anything from this company.

The company sent my package for my daughters party without the dessert plates, only the dinner plates. We called to tell them and later received an email that they resent the dinner plates. I called ASAP and said no, we need the dessert plates. He said he’d fix it but instead sent an email saying, It’s too late, we sent the dinner ones.

They refuse to fix it or send me a refund for the items I didn’t receive!

We received the order containing 4 packs of dessert plates (8 units),4 packs of dinner plates (8 units),4 packs of 9 oz. cups (8 units) and 2 balloons from customer on 23 Sept 2018 and the order was shipped & delivered as per the shipping level selected. On receiving the information from customer (over the telephone call) about the missing dinner plates, we reshipped them to customer so that the missing items are delivered in time and his event is not effected. Please know that as per our company policy we used to send the confirmation email after on call discussion with customer and in this case also we followed the same step. The missing units were shipped through *** with tracking ID and the details were shared with customer over email. But a day later, customer again contacted us stating that dessert plates were missing but by this time the reship order containing dinner plates was already processed. It seems to be a clear case where customer is trying to take undue benefit of our return policy. But still since we are a customer centered company, despite reshipping the missing items, we even issued a refund to the customer (against those originally ordered missing plates) which customer is now denying. At every point of time, we were in contact with the customer and co-operated with him in best possible way. So you are requested to please take into consideration all the efforts we have made for satisfying the customer.

Party Bell has excellent and prompt customer service. Had a problem with my order....they responded and helped me instantaneously! I highly recommend them!

I was looking for a Toy Story theme cups for my twin boys birthday party. After searching and comparing many online suppliers I have found Partybell unbeatable prices for the molded birthday cups (spaceship, boots). These are just perfect. The savings, if you may ask, I paid about half price if not less for 8 cups respectively.

I am extremely pleased with the customer service I received just this week. My package had not arrived for the longest time (P.O. problem not delivering it), and I was concerned that it wouldn't be delivered in time for my concert. I emailed the company about it, and I immediately received a reply. The very next day, they ordered another item, and shipped it Two Day Air. I received it in only four days from the time I wrote of my concern. It was an unexpected blessing to have such prompt and courteous service. I have already told this to several people because it is unusual these days to have met with such competence.

Frist time I made an order with this company. Order Number *** Cr ***. Was worried about ordering because of the reviews. But I did have a problem with my order. Emailed them and they emailed back. first they said no order was found. Gave them order number and Cr. They found my order but they have the wrong email. witch is still not fixed. But they were fast to respond. So I received my order. Box looked like its been through a war zone. What they cant control but they can control how they package items that we pay for in good faith. Items had no packing material at all. Just put in a box and shipped. No care in the world!!! Maybe that's why I had a broken piece. Cost more to ship back. So I kept it. They need to work on there packing of goods people buy! I'm 50/50 if I would buy again. But with low cost you get what you pay for. Good Luck!

The customer placed an order with us on Jan. 5, 2018 and it was shipped on Jan. 6, 2018. As per our standard procedure, the tracking details via email were sent to the customer however the email got failed as the email provided by the customer while placing the order was incorrect.

The customer contacted us with different email address on Jan. 9th and inquired about the order. But the email contained no information about the order placed and we requested the same. When required information was received, the customer was told that his order was out for delivery on the same day i.e. Jan. 9th, 2018. We also informed the customer about incorrect email entered while order placing. With him providing us the correct email address, we updated in our records and provided him the copy of receipt of the order.

The customer never contacted us regarding the issue he faced with the delivered product. We came to know about this from his review here. We tried to contact the customer to resolve the issue and asked out of 4 items ordered which one was delivered broken. Also we requested an image as well so that we could bring to our shipper's notice regarding the damaged delivery.

The customer gave us just the name of the item and not the image. We did ask for his preference whether to get the product replacement or a refund but we did not receive any response thereafter. However, we processed a refund for the item to satisfy customer.

We understand that we do stumble sometimes however we always try to rectify the issues at the earliest and for that we have 24 hours customer support available via email and phone for quick and satisfactory resolutions.

This company is awful! I ordered my son his Halloween costume two weeks prior to his school costume day. I tracked the package daily as soon as it was getting closer to delivery date and I felt like something was wrong. I noticed that for an entire week the package was still not updated via the tracking site. It was sent to a mail facility and sat there for a week with no update yet the site said it was in transit. Weird! I emailed back and forth with them asking about the costume and they told me the package would be delivered soon. When it didn’t come, I emailed again. They assured me they checked on it and it was out for delivery that same day I emailed. I didn’t get it. I gave my mailman the tracking number the next day and they looked it up and told me the package wasn’t even in my state! I then called the company and told them this and they said “oh well the package is lost.” I asked why they lied the day before and said it was out for delivery and they said the person who told me that was new and in training. Hmm ok, so they lied and told me it was coming as a result of not knowing where it was? I was upset and asked for a refund since I had no costume and my son had to go to Halloween costumeless. They said I had to hang up in order to process the refund. 6 hours later, no refund. I called again and asked what was happening with my refund and they assured me the costume was delivered and refused to refund me. It wasn’t delivered so I demanded a refund, again! I didn’t hang up until they finally processed a refund. So... a week of emails and 2 lies and a lost costume and terrible phone manners... *** no! Don’t ever order from here. Bottom line, their customer service sucks, they are rude, they lie and ruined my sons Halloween. Don’t ever use them!

We understand the issue you have faced with the delivery of an item
ordered with us. Please know that your package was shipped timely
Oct. 19th and it did not show any progress until Oct. 26th.
It might be an internal issue with the shipper which is USPS in
this case.
We tried to contact USPS center but there was no response. Since,
the estmated delivery was near so we informed you that it will get
deliver in next 1-2 days. The shipping selected while placing order
was Economy Shipping: 7-9 business days.
we processed the refund on your request when it did not show any
progress. However, it did show progress later in a day and your
package was delivered on Oct. 28th.
We understand that there was a hold up by the shipper at certain
center. We processed the refund instantly when notified and tried
to contact shipper for realtime update. Overall, your order too got
delivered in time.
Please understand that we tried to resolve it with our best effort
and sometimes there are things beyond our control.

I disagree with the response from this company, as they are sugar coting, not telling the whole story and are now trying to make it seem like they care only because I wrote a bad review and they want me to take it down. Their reply back to my issue left out the numerous lies and run around they gave me. They placed blame on an employee— the one who told me my package was being delivered. They forgot to mention that. I called them out the next day telling them it wasn’t delivered (confirmed through my mail man who found out it was lost...) and they said “oh well, that employee was in training so he just said it was out for delivery.” They also forgot to include how after they told me they would refund me... they didn’t! I had to call back again and demand for one. They told me originally that I needed to hang up and I would be refunded. I wasn’t. They said their tracking showed the package was delivered... it still wasn’t because I checked again with my post master who said it was no where in my area. So after refusing to hang up when I called back again, they processed me my refund. They also reached out to me about the Revdex.com complaint and asked me to take it down and tried to sway my opinion by offering me a $10 credit to their company. Ya, right! Every person I spoke to was rude and emotionless and didn’t care at all about what was happening. My son missed wearing his costume to school for Halloween so theirs not much else I can say. The package did arrive until days later, after the refund and after my complaint and after the set time frame for delivery. It actually was too small and didn’t even fit him so this company is a no-go for me, forever! They emailed me and called me multiple times asking me to take my review down because they are a new company and I had to block their calls and their email because they wouldn’t leave me alone.

I was happy how CostumePub.com handled a customer service issue in a very professional and efficient manner. I would be happy to do business with them again in the future. Nothing like good customer service!! In this review, you are reviewing Revdex.com and not CostumePub.com

I ordered a set of 12 pirate hat, hook, eye patch kits. My receipt even says I should have received 12. However, I was only sent 1 kit despite paying for the 12 that were in the description. I contacted the company and they claimed that it was a website "glitch" and the sale is only for 1 kit. There was no offer to fix this problem.
