Greetings, We apologize for any miscommunication that led to frustration on the customers end during their service appointment with PrestigeThis customer originally purchased their vehicle from another dealer and had received information on the spa service from the originating dealerWhile we were happy to assist him, not having his information in the system did add to the initial wait time during his service, which we apologize forAs far as the unavailability of a comparable loaner vehicle, there is an open recall with BMW North America on all Gloaner vehiclesThere is a part that is currently unavailable from the factory that is needed in order to make those vehicles available and safe for our customers to driveThat information should have been more clearly explained to the customer during their visit, as to avoid any confusion as to why he was offered a series loaner vehicle insteadThis customer was followed up with by BMW customer service yesterday to explain this situation and offer our apologiesHe was also offered $accessories credit at Prestige BMW parts department, which he accepted

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is the same response I got yesterday over the phonePlease don't think I am trying to get anything past anyone - I reach out and inquired about my contract and when the car was due/final paymentsI was informed the account was at Zero and I could return the carYour current system is broken, even you stated as of yesterday nothing was due It should not be my fault your systems BMW Financal and BMW Prestige don't talkI appreciate the offer of returning my car for a month however at this point there is no point - I have already turned in my automobile, canceled the insurance and picked up my replacement automobile from another company(Which I scheduled based on the discussion I had with your team.) I contacted the customer on Friday 7/17/and refunded the delivery charge as requested by the customer I offered to pick up and refund the whole purchase if that is what was needed Our customer agreed that the refund of the delivery charge would be sufficient in this instance
As there was a misunderstanding concerning delivery expectations, I have communicated to all parties involved at our store the proper procedure of explaining the limitations of delivery equipment access due to size and function, and to verify without doubt what can be expected with deliveries and to get sign off from the customer in agreement

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

we were happy to assist him, not having his information in the system did add to the initial wait time during his service, which we apologize for. As far as the unavailability of a comparable loaner vehicle, there is an open recall with BMW North America on all G12 loaner vehicles. There is a part that is currently unavailable from the factory that is needed in order to make those vehicles available and safe for our customers to drive. That information should have been more clearly explained to the customer during their visit, as to avoid any confusion as to why he was offered a 3 series loaner vehicle instead. This customer was followed up with by BMW customer service yesterday to explain this situation and offer our apologies. He was also offered $750.00 accessories credit at Prestige BMW parts department, which he accepted.

I am rejecting this response because: corporate BMW returned my call on Monday.  I explained that I escalated my complaint to the Revdex.com as per their suggestion.  They said they had spoken with the General Manager [redacted] of prestige BMW and he will be calling me.  I told them I previously requested and would prefer to speak with the Prestige company directly. I have lost all faith in the dealership because of the mistreatment and possible discrimination against service members.  She had told me the $750 Offer was originally a gesture for the customer service failure from Corporate BMW I told her I still prefer to speak with someone from prestige corporation she but will continue that path through Revdex.com.  I asked her how she is going to forward that voucher.  She said she will get back to me but still has not.  Furthermore I did receive a call from [redacted] on Monday and I did return his call leaving a message with a [redacted] at the dealership.  He has not returned my call.  I would like someone from Prestige Corporation to contact me.  In addition I believe I deserve closure from the company by investigating why the sevice rep with the tattoo on his arm was dismissive when I told him I had a 2016 7 series.  He made a strange jesture when he saw my combat veteran insignia.  Judging by his tattoo I believe it was military related. Maybe he was dishanorbly discharged, or lost someone in the previous war. Does BMW check for dishonorable discharges before hiring employees.  either way as a disabled combat veteran I refuse to accept this response from Prestige BMW because I my request has not been escalated properly.  I have now escalated this issue to 4 levels of this company and still have not received the proper respect I deserve.  In addition I am an encore customer and by company standards should be considered as elite.  No one at their company has treated me like a typical customer let alone elite.   Regards,
