regards to the complaint that you received from one of our customers ID # 11557417, I truly take full responsibility for this issue which was the communication between myself and the customerAlthough the customer has the issue with our communication they were not unsatisfied with the product of work that had been completed thus farAs a goal for myself I am going to be working on communicating better with my customers to ensure we do not have this type of issue againI want nothing more than to have my customers be 100% satisfied with the whole Northern Sealing & Paving experience when working with us as a teamTo resolve this issue I have been in contact with the customer and we are working together to get a new date for us to return to their home to complete the driveway per the contract, So in the end all will be resolved and the customer will be 100% satisfied.
