The original title was mailed to him in October, however he apparently never received it.  We did send him a lien release in January which would allow him to go into his local motor vehicle office to obtain a duplicate rather quickly, and we would reimburse the cost once he provides us with a...

receipt.  Or we could order a duplicate on his behalf, however this process through the state does take an extended period of time.  It would be his choice.  Just let us know.We take great pride in our quality member service.
