I recently purchased a "pre-cut" tint for my vehicle I prepped as described on the website and was ready to go, or so I thought The tint was too large for my window and ultimately caused creases to occur Now with me being a novice, this was not my first thing to complain about When asking about the product on email, including warranty and what I should do I was replied to in a quite rude manor This company falls very short on customer service, and once you order something they do not care what happens, nor will they be willing to uphold their warranty Avoid this business at all costs and just pay a professional to do it

I recently purchased tint on ebay from Northern TintThe gentleman who handles internet sales was very rudeI explained to him that when we received the tint it was a little harder than usualMy fiance, who installed tint for years tried to go ahead and use it because we didn't want to bother with trying to return it and pay for shipping and deal with the hassle but like we figured it kept cracking and wrinklingI messaged the gentleman to inform him that what we had got was a little hard and he wrote back and I quote "product is just fine, we use it everyday without issuesDoesn't wrinkle on usBut we use heat guns and the proper tools, tooSorry you [redacted] at it." I was shocked by his response! I wasn't calling his product junk or anything of the sortI know sometimes in transit things can get messed up, or who know maybe something was spilled on the cardboard container it came in or it got too hot in transitI really don't know but I have never had anyone treat me that way without knowing the situation at handI don't suggest using there product if you want to be treated the way I was

Buyer returned item, as claimed received, and was issued a full refund as requested

Northern tint sent me a package with missing products and blamed it on the delivery courier instead of taking responsibility and refunding me. Northern Tint held my money and refused the refund. I had to file a complaint through my state and bank for this fraudulent business and got my money back.
