The City of *** *** ** ***? and ***? will assess future tax bills with these delinquent balances.? It is our responsibility and part of our best practices to check for future assessments.? Purchasers will come back to our company when their tax bills are assessed thousands of dollars for delinquent water and sewer bills.? Mr*** had? the opportunity to work with the City of *** *** ** ***? and ***? and to supply our office with zero balance letters.? Furthermore, Mr*** did not transfer the water and sewer into his name for these properties and? balances continued to accumulate.? He received a disconnection notice for the ***? property.? ? He authorized our company to pay the balance on the ***? property and said he would? obtain a zero balance letter for the? ***? property.? ? We have received nothing on the ***? property.?
