Obviously the Main Stay people paid no attention to what I said. I know they have a 24 hour policy but my reservation stated the opposite. My information said clearly that cancellation could be anytime prior to the time of my reservation.Their response gives no credence at all to my complaint. Not a good way for them to conduct business. I would have expected more from Main Stay. Question for Main-Stay- Were you booked on the 24th ? If so you got double payment on my room which makes your response even worseThank You[redacted]
