Northern Tree Service, Inc.

On November 4th Northern Tree Service came and took a tree down. This tree was about 125 feet High and about five feet wide. The problem with this tree was the it also had power wired and a phone wire around the area. Which made this a very hard task. Northern came in while we were at work they worked from 7am to 3pm. To our surprise when we arrived home there was no signs of a tree being removed. The clean up they did went above and beyond. I also love the fact that they put their initials in the stump. Oh cool is that. I would and will recommend Northern to anyone who is looking for service. They did an outstanding job. Thank you Northern.

Meeting with [redacted] on 8/20/2015 on condo damage at I-85 [redacted] resulted in no response despite requests for update on Thursday 8/27 and Friday Damage to roof on I-85 at [redacted] was caused by Northern Tree employee. [redacted] met with officials of [redacted] at I-85 on Thursday 8/27/2015.[redacted] was given copies of the damage caused by a hatchet used by the Northern Tree employee and a copy of an estimate for the internal damage to my condo since the roof now has holes in it.The damage inside estimate is $3700.[redacted] of [redacted] properties submitted a letter to [redacted] on 7/5/2015 explaining the issues. I need a letter from [redacted] summarizing where Northern Tree is in contacting their insurance company to settle this matter. [redacted] 8/30/2015.Desired SettlementLive up to the responsibility for the damage created by their employee. [redacted] is a [redacted] with the [redacted] and a past [redacted] of same.She lives in [redacted] and was a witness to the Northern Tree employee doing ice removal at [redacted] since the truck was parked right in front of her door.Business Response Northern Tree Service, Inc. responded immediately to the alleged damage and the matter has been turned over to our insurance carrier.
