By far the worst customer service experienced, ever! Disputed a charge with visa, which was issued by northern trust bankThe charge was roughly $4,The visa services were unsupportive in retrieving my money back from the company I disputed the charge withI worked on the dispute myself after northern trust bank closed the dispute process and of course it wasn't in my favor since they were so passive and refused to investigate claiming that the airline , air France, was difficult to work withContacted local branch in my area after I worked on retrieving my $4,for several months since northern trust and élan services who issue the Visa card were completely useless and "don't have time for their customers." I was successful retrieving my $back from air France and they sent me an email to check with my credit card company and bank on the charges reversed since air France insisted they returned my money back to me Spoke to *** *** who was rude, unhelpful, and insisted there was nothing I can do when I forwarded him the email regarding air France stating they issued me the money back to my cardHe called air France liars and claimed there was nothing he can doI suggested for him to contact my visa issuers and investigate with élan services the whereabouts of my fundsOnce again , he refused, and stated he won't offer any helpHe also suggested if we were unhappy, to close our accounts after I stated I would contact corporate to issue a grievance on such poor and lousy management at the Tucson branchHe continued to act vulgar and disconnected the call after he insisted he would shut my account down even though I never granted him permission doing soI recorded the entire conversation to prove my story and the lousy, incompetent way they treat customersI successfully retrieved my money from air France of $a week after my interaction with *** *** Why chose such a circus run bank, when you have plenty other options out there that add value to their consumers
