Attached is the returned mail with the security deposit check sent on 2/28/ This is within days of the tenant move out, as required by UT law Before the check was returned to us for No Such Number, the tenant called asking where their deposit was As they note, we told them we had already sent the check They admitted to providing us the wrong address We told them as soon as the check returned to us, we would send it out again We called and told the tenant the returned check came back and the tenant said they would come and pick up the check at our office We waited for them to come in for at least a week When they never came to pick up the check, we called to remind them we had their check They then called us back saying they wanted us to mail the check We double checked we had the correct mailing address and sent it back on approximately 3/30/ They have not cashed the check, yet

Tenant was month to month During a routine inspection, we found damage to the property The owner asked us to terminate the lease to prevent further damage We posted a day lease termination notice, as required, for the tenant to move out Nov 6th Her rent was paid through Oct 31st, so rent needed paid for days of Nov Tenant paid $rent and stayed until Nov 16th Tenant's rent for Nov is $ We have not received the final water bills, but they will be in excess of $

I am rejecting this response because: the crack in the washer was alr day there when we moved in Thisis on the move in check list as well as in the video that Brian took when we moved in We believe that we are owed the $for that charge and will resolve the complaint.

We were never given a move in check list from you. It is possible we lost it, but it is rare to lose them. Please send me the move in check list you have, as we do not have a copy

through Oct 31st, so rent needed paid for 6 days of Nov.  Tenant paid $500 rent and stayed until Nov 16th.  Tenant's rent for Nov is $453.33.  We have not received the final water bills, but they will be in excess of $46.67.
