Review: Our daughter was attending a spring break day camp at the NVGA Gymnastics facility. She was transported in a vehicle to another facility without parental consent. She is four years old and there was no know carseat in the vehicle. Nobody never disclosed this to us until we confronted the owners after my daughter told us. Our daughter also has a severe nut allergy. The owners were informed of this and we were told prior that NVGA Gymnastics has a 'nut free' policy. We have no idea if the other facility offers snacks and/or if they are a 'nut free' facility.Desired Settlement: We would like for NVGA Gymnastics to be held accountable for their actions. We request that this incident be on record. We paid for the month of April and would like to be refunded our money due to the fact that our daughter will no longer be attending class there.
