Review: This company invoiced my company for the same transaction on two separate invoices, making it seem like there were two charges, when in fact they were for the same charge, except one had a late fee added in. I inadvertantly paid both invoices resulting in an overpayment which they acknowledged on a subsequent invoice but tried to charge me a late fee on that credit amount and it wasn't until then that I realized my mistake. When I contacted them, I was told she would look into it and get back to me. She never did. I contacted them again and spoke with the comptroller and he also said he would look into it and contact me. He hasn't yet. I sent an email this week, no response.Desired Settlement: I would like my overpayment of $369.00 refunded to me.
