I have reviewed the response made by the business...
in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However I hope my complaint still is maintained for others to be see publicly as I didn't get a resolution until this complaint was filed. This was disappointing, but it does show that the Revdex.com serves it's role as a service for consumers. Thank you.
