complaint against the Austin store. He told me he would have the Austin store manager contact me. I received a call from the Austin store manager a short time later and he told me to return the shredder and he would make it right. I returned the shredder later that same day, but they couldn’t process the return because I had ordered it online and used Paypal. I called the Austin store later the following day and found they had processed the return. I received my Credit within two days.I am very pleased with how the local Northern Tools management team resolved the problem.Thanks to all that helped!Regards[redacted]
