My furnace stopped working at 10pm on a Saturday night with frigid outside temperatures One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning had an actual person answer the phone, she was pleasant and helpful My technician, Jesse, was professional, personable and explained what was wrong with my furnace in terms I could understand The repairs were quick and efficient My house is warm again Thank you One Hour

I purchased the mid-pressure psi pump system from this companyFirst of all, this product will only work as a mid-pressure pump about 75% of the time, then the pump will shut off and only allow the water to flow through at the pressure of your water tank while the pump "cools down" and it cycles back on againAnd this is in degree temperaturesIt would work even less in hotter tempsThey tell you this is AFTER you make your purchase, and you cannot return it for that reason because that is considered "working properly"Nowhere in the product description does it tell you that the mid pressure will only work 65% of the timeImagine buying a car that only works 65% of the time, and the other 35% you have to push itFunny how that would be unacceptable, but the pump is "working properly"Also, I had this system for one season, winterized it inside as I'm supposed to, and the pump completely went out a week into the second summer seasonI had to mail it in at my expense and they replaced the pump after a whole month of the summer was wastedNow I am at the end of my third season, and months out of warranty, and guess what went out againyep, the pumpSo if you want this to work 65% of the time for one season before you put it in the garbage (and bear in mind, I use this about twice a month for about months of the year), then this product is for youDuring this whole two years, it is almost impossible to get anyone to call you back regarding any customer service issuesThere is guy who is responsible, Basheel, and he is absolutely unresponsive and completely defensive about his productAnything that is wrong with it is normal, except a complete pump failureFor example, I emailed and left a voicemail three weeks agoNo one ever respondedI called again yesterday and spoke to sales (which is of no help) and was told that Basheel would call me back today, but of course, he did notI had to call them hours after he was supposed to call meAnd this was after contacting them THREE weeks ago about this!
And apparently it is acceptable for the pump to go out every year, so you buy new ones every year yourself after the warranty expiresWhatever you do, stay away from this guy, and this companyThere are misting products out there that actually workFind one of themHow they are still in business baffles me

The technician was timely, courteous, and was sure to get the job done rightI was so grateful to have my furnace running again as it was zero degrees in Minnesota and a Sunday afternoon

Seasonal maintenance (furnace and A/C) has been consistently good and prompt The service techs who come out have been the same guys for years, and I trust their ability to keep the equipment up to peak performance year after year It is great peace of mind in this climate, where a breakdown could be very inconvenient

A great company to do business with the technicians are friendly as well as the office staffThey do excellent work at reasonable prices

I have had installations and four service calls with Northern's One Hour HACI have been extremely pleased with the sales representative, installation personnel, service personnel and the office staffThey have been responsive, polite, prompt, competent and communicativeThey all represent an obvious company policy to make the customer feel honored and appreciatedThere has never been a "hard sell" for any product or service, and they are always on time

The maintenance process with Northern's One Hour service program is very easy to use, as well as thorough and reliable I receive a call to schedule seasonal work as needed for heating and air conditioning units The day prior to the service a reminder call to confirm is received Then on the day of the scheduled service another call comes to inform me when the tech is on the way This has always taken place within the hour window scheduled and frequently early in the time block which I appreciate Without exception the tech's have been polite, friendly and efficient The tech explains what he is seeing and gives me a review of the systems checked and any adjustments made to the equipment to meet industry standards The service call today was a on a 1-scale & I would welcome the same tech (Jesse) for future work

I purchased a *** *** *** *** *** *** *** size=nozzles on 6/29/2016, delivered 7/2/This system lasted less than hoursI originally wanted to return this system for a new one and spoke with *** *** *** on 7/29/16, who insisted that I have to pay to return this for possible repair and or replacementHe said this was clearly stated on the web siteThe only place I can find this is in the boiler plate language in a section for the warrantyThe invoice states that a prior authorization is required for returns but does not state who pays for shipping I spoke with the pump manufacturer today and found out that this particular pump and motor were not designed for the kind of continuous operation that it is being sold forFurther more the advertised pressure rating is very misleading to the consumer as this pump will not operate at psi as advertised, for one thing Mistcooling has incorporated a filter downstream of this pump that is only rat

They come in the door and show you there upfront pricing then they add the diagnostic charge (In this case of the furnace) of $( in this case they came and I had already told them it was the blower motor) Then they tell ya that you need to replace the capacitor so it matches the motor another $ the upfront price for replacing the blower motor was suppose to be $in reality winds up costing ya when all said and done is $

Jim, technician from One Hour did a fantastic job at my home today He was totally thorough and did some minor changes to help save me with my heating bills He was a very pleasant person as well Hope to see him again

Outstanding service!

The tech showed up on time, was professional and fixed the problem for us immediately His diagnosis was exactly what we thought the issue was and took care of it The price was decent, about the same as having CenterPoint come out and do it, and we got a next-day appt We could not have asked for anything better!

youWith doing so I did discover we had a service technician at your home in June of and on the invoice it reads"Leak locked caps" Not sure why they would have been loose years laterThe invoice # is *** if you wish to look at it, if you cannot find it we would be happy to send you a copyLooks like you indicated you were a service club member for years I did have our accounting department check this and what they found is you did sign up for that service in November of and we terminated it in November of because of non payment, but then in June of you did resign back up for the service againWe do want to make sure each one of our customers we have the privledge to work for is happy and I hope maybe someday in the future to regain your trustOur company will be sending you a check for the amount you have requested to be refunded

We are very satisfied with Northern's One Hour service...they take care of our AC and furnace Wyatt is our service tech and he is excellent He explains exactly what he is doing and why! He is very thorough and knows "his stuff"!

Gary did an excellent jobHe is very personable, and explained everything that he was doing as part of the annual heating system inspection

Matt has been to our house twice in the past year for routine maintenance on the furnace/air conditionerHe is knowledgeable, professional and approachableGreat job
