They short you on the order!
I was shorted 1/3 of my order by them. Called and wrote them for over a month, and they finally responded by giving me a very hard time, even with filling all their requirements. They planned on not doing anything till I opened a Paypal case on them. And that made them finally do the right thing by the 1/3 of the order refund. But it might as well be considered that they do not care or want to serve customers well. Can't find their product anywhere in a town of 300,000 people either at the stores, so poor quality customer service is BIG problem here...Be sure you are protected if you buy from them! Very poor sales personship!

") We have not received any reply from the customer up until nowWe are actually having a technical problem with our old ticket system and the problem has existed for many weeks nowThe problem is that we do not receieve many of the tickets our customers write to usThat is probably what has happened in this case, as we cannot find any new tickets from the customer and the customer is saying that she has sent us several tickets without getting a replyBut since a few weeks ago, we switched to a different ticket system and we are now receiving every ticket our customers write to us.The customer's order: ( [redacted] ) was shipped? out on March 15th from the US warehouse with regular mailUnfortunately, there is no tracking for packages that are sent with regular mail so we have no way of finding out where the package is located at this timeThe package should definitely have arrived by nowAs the customer has not yet received her order, we can only assume that the package has been lost in the mail somewhere.?
