Jim, technician from One Hour did a fantastic job at my home today. He was totally thorough and did some minor changes to help save me with my heating bills. He was a very pleasant person as well. Hope to see him again.

My furnace stopped working at 10pm on a Saturday night with frigid outside temperatures. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning had an actual person answer the phone, she was pleasant and helpful. My technician, Jesse, was professional, personable and explained what was wrong with my furnace in terms I could understand. The repairs were quick and efficient. My house is warm again. Thank you One Hour.

Outstanding service!

They come in the door and show you there upfront pricing then they add the diagnostic charge (In this case of the furnace) of $89 ( in this case they came and I had already told them it was the blower motor) Then they tell ya that you need to replace the capacitor so it matches the motor another $50. the upfront price for replacing the blower motor was suppose to be $503 in reality winds up costing ya when all said and done is $640

We did reach out to the customer on 10/24/2016 and apologized for not getting the refund request taken care of. The refund was something that was approved my management and just didn't get taken care of. The customer understood, things happen and sometimes there is human error. We thanked...

the customer for getting back in touch with us.  A refund went out in the mail that day and the customer assured me he would be removing his comment from the Revdex.com.

The maintenance process with Northern's One Hour service program is very easy to use, as well as thorough and reliable. I receive a call to schedule seasonal work as needed for heating and air conditioning units. The day prior to the service a reminder call to confirm is received. Then on the day of the scheduled service another call comes to inform me when the tech is on the way. This has always taken place within the 2 hour window scheduled and frequently early in the time block which I appreciate. Without exception the tech's have been polite, friendly and efficient. The tech explains what he is seeing and gives me a review of the systems checked and any adjustments made to the equipment to meet industry standards. The service call today was a 10 on a 1-10 scale & I would welcome the same tech (Jesse) for future work.

The tech showed up on time, was professional and fixed the problem for us immediately. His diagnosis was exactly what we thought the issue was and took care of it. The price was decent, about the same as having CenterPoint come out and do it, and we got a next-day appt. We could not have asked for anything better!

Matt has been to our house twice in the past year for routine maintenance on the furnace/air conditioner. He is knowledgeable, professional and approachable. Great job.
