I regret this customer’s dissatisfaction with the service that she received at Northgate Hair Salon on December 29th but, I won’t be able to give her a refund*** specifically asked for a sand agreed to the quoted price of $when she called for the appointmentAs with any salon where extensions are applied the quoted price is for the service alone and does not include the cost of the extensionWhen *** arrived for her appointment she stated that she was unaware that the price was excluding the extension. She was given other options such as $without service, fusion $without the service (strand by strand) and $without the service ta(commonly used for her hair type) which she declined stating that she prefers the sew-inShe was shown numerous extensions from Northgate Hair and Wigs and eventually chose a bundle $which including the service came to $She was notified and agreed to the quoted price before any service was performed and also before the extension was bought*** became tense and uncomfortable after a few rows of the extensions were appliedThe extensions blended in with her hair and she had the long hair she stated she desired so, at that time I told her I would only charge her $for the service since only a few rows were applied but, she would need to pay for the hair bundle (which was hers to keep).(Together I spent over hours on her.)*** was given quotes prior to the start of the service so, she had opportunities to go elsewhere if she felt she was being overchargedShe also had the option of stating her displeasure with the service once the extensions were applied which she didn’tShe stated during the time of her appointment that she wanted the extensions for New Year’s so, it’s interesting that she waited until after the holiday to decide she was unsatisfied with the service she receivedShe stated to me and the manager at Northgate Hair and Wigs that the refund is necessary so, she could “pay her rent.” Unfortunately ***’s buyer’s remorse over a week after the services were performed does not warrant a refund
