Review: I and my family went into the University Ave. Northgate Market on 11/09/2014 at around 7pm. My wife pulled a number, 09 for service. We go there often enough and each time, there has been some type of service issue, so we pulled the number, but as usual, the board never changed. The number on the board was 22 and remained that the entire time. Several people were serviced, even those that came after us, but we were never served. After making a complaint, we were told we didn't have a number, that we didn't hear our number called, that some of the workers don't speak English, etc. It was wrong to serve others that came after we did, but the manager and other employees stood together in defense of why I was never served.Desired Settlement: A call of apology for being Ignored for over 20 min., never being acknowledged, for being called a liar and for being told that I was the reason that I was not served. And reassurance of fair service. First come, first served. That the number system will always be used.
