As I responded yesterday I can not discuss or even confirm a patient provider relationship with the individual making this complaint. In general our billing practices attempt to notify individuals of bills. If the individual is non-responsive they are sent to collections. As with any collection account whether from a phone company, a hospital, or a car company the collection company will make every attempt to collect the monies owed to the vendor. The best way to resolve a collection effort is not by filing complaints but rather by paying the debt. If this individual is insisting that Northglenn Ambulance sent her to collections it would be best resolved for her to set up payment arrangements with the collection company and settle the debt. Again I am not confirming any relationship with this individual and my company.I will not be able to address this issue on this forum following this response.-*** ***,***

Due to health privacy laws we are unable to confirm that the individual in this complaint has had any contact with Northglenn Ambulance.  With that said we make all attempts to gather accurate information from our clients at the time of service.  Any individual whom is sent to...

collections by our company is given ample opportunities to settle their accounts.  If an account has been sent to collections we encourage the individual to pay the bill and the collection issue will be resolved.  We will not remove an account from collections without the full payment.
