[redacted] brought this to the attention of our leasing agent yesterday (10/27/2016) afternoon, while the property manager was out of the office, assisting at our nearby sister property. Unfortunately this is not something that the leasing agent has access to fix, however it was corrected by the property manager by 11am this morning(10/28/2016). The property manager has reached out to [redacted] in order to confirm the correction has been made, and that [redacted] is satisfied with the solution. We are happy have been able to assist [redacted], and are would like to reiterate that from the time [redacted] brought her concern up to the leasing office, her concerns were resolved in less than 24 hours! We very much value [redacted] and look forward to assisting her with any future needs that arise!
