Review: I went to Northlake Foot and Ankle to get a toenail extraction.I mentioned to the doctor that I did not have insurance. It took maybe 5 minutes of his time because the toenail was half off already. I go up to the counter to pay for the visit and the receptionist asked for a code to put in her computer to charge me. The doctor told her the code and I was charged for the procedure, I thought. It was $100.00. I left thinking I paid my bill, well I get a bill in the mail for $91.67 for the procedure that I was under the impression I paid for all ready. I called to inquire about it and the receptionist said that it was for my x-ray. I said "I did not have an x-ray." She said oh well they can recode your procedure and bill you another time.I thought this is ridiculous that they can come back and decide whatever they want to charge you again. It seems a little unprofessional.Desired Settlement: Retract the bill.
