Northlake Glass

Took them five months to fulfil my order for one window and three screens! On the first trip to our house they brought the wrong screens. Then they added something that we just inquired about to the final service call- told us they "owed" us this glass, came and installed it, then charged us for it without even a quote of the cost. Billie is rude and I never heard from her until it was time to collect the bill. She wanted that paid instantly after we waited 5 months to get the service completed. Would not recommend and will not use them again.
