We are so sorry for the confusion. However we were not the driver for this particular job. We were simply asked to provide labor for the driver to assist in unloading. This was not a Northlake job. We have made arrangements to have someone come out to the members house today to assist in unpacking...

and any assembling needed. We appologize for and misunderstaning and will do our very best to resolve this issue today.
